A few years ago when I really started to investigate apologetics, the above was one of the first books I bought. It's by a guy named Brennan Howse. I don't care if people label him "right wing" or what have you, he is very smart when it comes to theology and this is a very good book.
I went to his website and signed up for a monthly fee which he allowed you to download the audio book and the PDF version. It's highly worthwhile.
I would love to show you examples from this book but I'm afraid of violating copyright terms. I can tell you that he covers 42 of the most popular verses that get twisted and used for purposes other than what the verse actually refers to in context.
If you'd like to see all 42 verses, you can visit his page. The ebook is super cheap and it's a no-brainer. If he still has the audio book (which I believe), that is worth it too. I learned so much from this book. Highly recommended.
